I love lasagna!!  And while I was surfing around foodforums.com I came across a fellow member with a site solely dedicated to lasagna recipes.  Not frills no nonsense just cool and easy versatile recipes for all your lasagna needs.  I just tried the chicken lasagna recipe and it was spot on in flavor, texture, and visually appealing as well as easy to serve, no runny mess, just perfect squares that show cased all the ingredients!  The site is complete with great photos to help along the way, which I think is key to a great recipe!

As I wrote the first article about cranberry recipes I began to think of all the recipes I have created both for food and drinks, and with the holidays approaching I couldn't stop myself to add some more.  Theses recipes with cranberries are a bit out of the box and will test your palette's threshold, which does not mean I am going to be sharing my recipe for sweetbreads and cranberry demi glaze, although very delectable not many like sweetbreads and they can be challenging to find. Got a bottle of wine that has been sitting around for ages that needs to be tossed?  Homemade wine jelly is the perfect solution to using up odds and ends of wines that are not going to be drunk or to utilize old bottles that are just sitting around.  Full bodied fruity red wines work great and robust aged cheese pair perfectly with it.  Here are two recipes; one for red wines and one for white wines; 750 ml bottle of wine is the measurement for the wine or about 4 cups if you are adding a few different bottles of wine.
